Dr. JC Doornick, D.C.
Dr. JC Doornick’s interest in Chiropractic began when he himself was a patient as a little boy. Growing up as an athlete playing Hockey, Football and Lacrosse through college he regularly visited the local chiropractor whenever he was sick or had sports injury. Wanting to be a doctor one day, it was only natural to go to chiropractic school as the chiropractor had kept him healthy for so many years. It was not until he came upon a debilitating disc injury in his low back did he begin to learn the amazing recuperative powers of the chiropractic adjustment. Evading disc surgery and going on to live a healthy lifestyle are two valuable things he owes to chiropractic.
Dr. JC received his Doctorate from Life Chiropractic University in Marietta, GA. With the strong urge to take his healing ability back to Westchester, he first worked in a large practice in Manhattan where he fine-tuned his adjusting skills. In this high volume practice Dr. JC delivered care to many professional athletes and local celebrities. Dr. JC now practices at the new, State of The Art, Westchester Family Chiropractic and Wellness Center in Harrison, NY. He specializes sports injury care for athletes along with the gentle care of children of all ages and expecting mothers.
